Norton Sucks
I hate norton internet security it screwed up my system once u installed parental controls u can't uninstall it because u have to be a superviser. and it sucks because they don't give u any options and Liveupdate doesn't work I now use McAfee its the best.

Why did you install parental controls? Clearly your parents set them up for a reason, maybe you should talk with them about Internet policies.
I use Norton Antivirus, and it seems to be the most effective anti-virus solution on the market.

Between norton and mcafee, I'd have to go with norton. I didn't like mcafee, but norton was always pretty good.

Norton updates for newly released problems not immediate. Symantec needs to make their timing of updates more efficient.

I used to use Norton on my personal computers, but i never liked it much. If you really want a top of the line AV detector I suggest getting: Kaspersky. It doesnt use as much resources as norton does and it catches a lot more viruses that norton doesnt find.

Norton doesn't do enough for being so controlling of a system. Two virus scanners that I have actually liked are Panda Anti-Virus and Avast located at www.avast.com. Both have worked extremely well. I just never install avast with skins so always a minimal install.
