Windows Defender seems to work pretty good. It is supposed to be BETA though.

Webroot's SpySweeper is by far the best anti-spyware that I have found.

Cheers

Use SPYBOT on my laptop, seems to work well. Have Spy Sweeper on my desktop and have noticed it has become quite a memory hog of late..

Eh, I have actually used all of those and came across spyware not one of those could remove. I came across a demo version of stopzilla and noticed that it actually detected the spyware that those other scanners did not pick up. Picked it up and I have been spyware free pretty much for like 6-7 months now.
