What do you guys think of Avast?

I've been using Avast' Free Antivirus software for over a year, and it seems to work quite well.

I just wanted to find out if anyone else is using this software, how is it working for you, and whether you have upgraded to the paid version.

Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Thumbs up Avast!

Use AVAST! and all freeware stuff on my laptop, which isn't used as much as my desktop..Have NOT had a problem with viruses nor adware! Am using the FREE version of AVAST! and it seems to do the job! My only knock on it is the fact that scans take a LONG time to complete! It updates automatically and all and I am quite pleased!!

junk. its up there with norton. it'll see virusses, but i've noticed it has a hard time getting rid of them. if i were you, I would AT LEAST use spybot search and destroy.

if your willing to pay for antivirus, both CA anti-Virus 2007 and Kaspersky Anti-Virus Top the charts.
