best monitors for the money?
Can someone tell me what the difference is between active and passive monitors? Passives are a lot cheaper.

I don't know,but after reading all the tech stuff I'll never figure out anyway so I went with a ACER 19 inch lcd it's great and the price was even better

Just about anything made by Samsung is going to be great. I'm also in love with my Dell 2408WFP. So I can vouch for that.
